Delivery: (Shipping costs)
Products purchased from our online store are delivered to Cyprus and abroad, to the shipping address indicated when submitting your order. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. The selected carriers will dispatch orders in 24 hours within Cyprus or in 48 hours for International shipping addresses. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will be processed on the same day (except weekends and public holidays) Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends, so orders placed on Friday afternoon will be processed on the Monday following. Stated Delivery days/times of all products apply provided the product(s) are available and in stock.
Spatium Trading LTD will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, within the delivery times listed on the website. We are not liable for any incorrect orders or for orders placed with an incorrect delivery address or any other error in the information provided by you. Spatium Trading LTD will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from the late delivery of your order. For example, the loss of a package, non-delivery by the carrier or any other unforeseen event or natural disaster.
Pick-up points: (Free)
If you wish to receive your product(s) from one of our affiliated partners, you may select this option when completing your order online. Pick-up is available during regular working days/times.
Payment methods and Cancellations policy
Spatium Trading Ltd supports credit card payment methods. Once your order is processed and your card is authorized, the amount will be placed on hold until the transaction is complete. You may cancel your order within 24 hours and your payment will be returned in full.
Returns policy
You may return your product(s) within an inclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns must be requested by email to Spatium Trading Ltd. at admin@spatium.com.cy Please quote your order number. Items may only be returned, and at your own expense, if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed. If a returned item is found to be opened, used or damaged you will be contacted by Spatium Trading by email. (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)
Faulty items
In the rare case that you receive a product that is faulty upon delivery and this is not due to misuse; please contact us immediately by email admin@spatiumtrading.com.cy stating the order number and the nature of the damage. You may be advised to return the item (at your own expense). Spatium trading will replace the product with a new identical item once your returned item has been processed. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Product Returns process:
Following email instructions from Spatium Trading, to return an item please pack it safely before shipping it back to us via the courier service that dispatched your delivery. Please include your full details and the order number. (Full name, telephone number and email).

Products returned that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund. If this applies to your order, we will not be able to process your return.
